White blanketed the palm trees and snowmen emerged by resacas. 

Once in 109-years, it snows in the Texas Tropics; once in a miracle, it snows just in time to make a White Christmas for the Rio Grande Valley. 

We invite you to commemorate that miracle with us.  Kindly submit your personal or professional photographs of a snow-laden Christmas 2004 in the Rio Grande Valley to be posted online at this website and later, after limited selection by a panel of judges, to be published in a table book.  Once produced, the book will be available through different venues with all proceeds benefiting a local not-for-profit organization.
